The National Council For The Blind, Malaysia (NCBM) provides a vital link between the organizations serving the blind in this country by acting as the National coordinating body. Through NCBM, the organizations for and of the blind have a channel to discuss and formulate National Policies and Plans and to pioneer new programs for the benefit of the blind.
